The Colorado Department of Military & Veterans Affairs (DMVA) has four major operational divisions: Army National Guard, Air National Guard, Civil Air Patrol, and Veterans Affairs. These divisions utilize State and Federal resources to provide our communities, State, and Nation with a ready military force for National defense and State emergency response as well as providing assistance to our Colorado Veterans.

This position is part of the Civil Air Patrol unit with the Air National Guard division of the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (DMVA). This position will serve as a dedicated liaison to expand access to youth programs such as JROTC, CAP, and Young Marines to open lines of communications between school districts and programs across the state to streamline efforts, leverage existing expertise and expand youth access, promoting learning and professional development working at Buckley Air Force Base and working a hybrid schedule of Tuesday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (10 hour days, 4 days a week).
