We are seeking a passionate and creative UX/UI Designer who is excited to contribute to the design and development of user-centric interfaces that enhance player experiences. If you are eager to learn, grow, and apply your design skills to create intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and functional user interfaces, this is the role for you! What you'll do: Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to gather and evaluate user requirements. Contribute to the development and implementation of design solutions, including UI mockups and prototypes. Design graphic user interface elements, such as menus, tabs, and widgets, ensuring they are both functional and visually appealing. Assist in addressing issues related to usability and user experience, making recommendations for improvements. Participate in problem-solving sessions and provide input on design strategies. Support QA efforts by ensuring the design intent is maintained through the development process. Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing time effectively. Engage in continuous learning and creative exercises to enhance your design proficiency and stay updated with industry trends. Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images. What you'll bring: 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design with a solid portfolio showcasing your work in 2D composition/layout, color theory, typography, and user interface design. Proven experience with wireframe tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch) and design software like Photoshop and Illustrator. Strong understanding of user research methods, including creating personas, user flows, and information architecture. Basic knowledge of web conventions, including responsive design, CSS, and HTML. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. A Bachelor’s degree in UX, UI, or a related design field, or equivalent experience. A desire to learn and grow within a collaborative team environment. Compensation Range, Currency USD: Starting Pay Range: $ 86,694 Pay Range End: $ 145,750 In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation range for this role.
