About the Job

Drive the design process from research to execution, collaborating cross-functionally to innovate products and enhance user experience, contributing to organizational strategy.

The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for:

• Participate on full design lifecycle - user research (primary and secondary), ideation, design execution and user testing
• Facilitating design sprints to identify exciting new features and services, collaborating with UX researchers, product owners and engineers to deliver clear and refined design solutions from beginning to end
• Close collaboration with product, data science and engineering teams to ensure design execution is in line with strategy, vision and timeframes
• Collaborate and present ideas, concepts, and design solutions to peers and stakeholders in a clear, confident and persuasive manner
• Identify and troubleshoot UI/UX problems, and constantly seek to improve the user’s experience of the platform

In this role, we are looking for someone with:

• 3-5 years of experience as a Product Designer for mobile and web customer facing products
• Proficiency in contemporary design and prototyping tools like Figma and Miro
• Proficiency in design software like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Ability to tackle ambiguous design problems, combining both intuitive and analytical thinking, and have the grit to get to a desirable and viable solution
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results within a fast-paced environment
• Experience in CMS platforms like Wordpress, Hubspot, or Contentstack (preferred but not required)

Good to have:

• High level of empathy with strong knowledge of human-centered design techniques and approaches
• Drive to empower design methodology to identify and validate product opportunities
• Willingness to explore new platforms and learn new techniques
• Good stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
