Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Under general supervision, works with Subject Matter Experts and team members to provide instructional and program design assistance for the development, continuous improvement and support of training material and / or any other kind of special required documentation based on the needs of our Product Service Lines and Support Services groups.
• Conduct New Employee Orientation training.

Qualifications:

• Skills are typically acquired through an undergraduate degree and/or equivalent experience and 0-2 years of instructional design experience.
• Undergraduate degree may be substituted for experience.
• Without an undergraduate degree 2 years related experience is required.
