2 years of experience in technical writing.
Familiar with Adobe InDesign or similar content layout program
Conversant and interested in current IT technologies/trends (DevOps/Hybrid Cloud/ITasaservice/etc).
Familiar with technologies a plus
Experience with WordPress a plus
Roles & Responsibilities
Junior level role to support the team in partnering with subject matter experts (SMEs) in the mission of creating and sharing authentic IT narratives and use case stories. Support a wide array of program activities to help
Responsibilities include:
Support Curation of Narratives: Take direction from Program Manager on creation of narratives that would be captivating to a range of IT decision makers from the technical to executive level
Support Hosted Partner Events: Support Content Writer in execution and creation content and speaker logistics for monthly/quarterly webinars and regularly scheduled Partner Events to build a consistent audience and predicable forum
Contribute to creation of presentations infographics and videos per content schedule
Metrics: Provide weeky/monthy/quarterly/annual metrics to Program Manager to facilitate regular reporting cadence as required
Administration: Flexibly Support program administrative tasks as required from creating publishing delivery developing of content
Social Support: Take direction from Program Manager and/or Content writer in daily / weekly content creation for social media engagement activities
