Resort General Manager Responsibilities:

• Willingness to relocate to Cayman Islands
• Provide visionary leadership to the resort's management team, ensuring that our guests enjoy an unparalleled experience that reflects the essence of luxury and exclusivity.
• Oversee all aspects of guest satisfaction, from pre-arrival arrangements to departure, to ensure that every guest enjoys a tailor-made, memorable stay.
• Streamline and enhance operational processes to optimize efficiency, delivering impeccable services across all departments.
• Foster a culture of empowerment and development within the team, providing mentorship and guidance to nurture professional growth.
• Drive financial success by developing and managing budgets, monitoring financial performance, and implementing strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with local stakeholders, participating in community initiatives that showcase the resort's commitment to being a responsible corporate citizen.

Resort General Manager Requirements:

• A minimum of ten years of progressive leadership experience in the hospitality industry, within the context of boutique luxury lifestyle hotels, preferably in notable cities or internationally recognized resort destinations,
• A commitment to loyalty in tenure, evidenced by no greater than three different employers over the span of any ten year period.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with staff, guests, and stakeholders at all levels.
• Adept at working in a diverse and international environment, appreciating and respecting the perspectives of guests and colleagues from various backgrounds.
• A relentless pursuit of excellence and a commitment to delivering an extraordinary guest experience.
