We are partnering with a stable and growing healthcare company seeking a dedicated and experienced Healthcare Recruiter. The Healthcare Recruiter will play a vital role in sourcing and securing top talent for various healthcare positions, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
**This is a temp -to-hire opportunity, fully onsite in Anaheim, with a competitive salary of $80-85k/year.
Core Duties:
Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for healthcare positions, including advertising, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates to ensure only qualified individuals are presented to hiring managers.
Develop and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies that align with best practices in sourcing and recruiting for a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Guide the recruiting process, providing support and expertise to the Talent Acquisition team.
Champion a positive candidate experience and effectively promote the company brand.
Create sourcing strategies for both active and passive candidates to ensure a diverse talent pool.
Stay updated on industry trends and provide recommendations to enhance overall recruitment objectives.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and refine job descriptions and requirements.
What We Are Looking For:
At least 2+ years of full cycle recruitment experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in the healthcare industry.
College degree preferred but not required.
Previous experience with an ATS system is essential.
A strong passion for recruitment, along with exceptional interpersonal skills and people management experience.
Deep understanding of the recruiting lifecycle and how to optimize it for effectiveness and efficiency.
Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to maintain organization while multitasking.
Sound judgment and decision-making skills.
