Join Adecco and discover a rewarding career opportunity as a Recruiter! We are assisting a client in their search for a talented individual to fill this exciting position. This role offers competitive compensation ($29.09/hour ) with the potential to convert to a permanent position after the 6-month contract period is completed.

In this role, you'll engage directly with business teams, partner with hiring managers, and make a direct impact to the success of our Customer Operations Recruiting Team by supporting our clients with filling their current job openings.

Hybrid Work Schedule: Work from home Monday & Friday, In office Tuesday - Thursday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

  • 1-3 years of full life cycle recruiting experience

  • Experience collaborating with recruiting managers and peers to develop effective recruiting strategies.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Develop and execute a strategic sourcing plan to identify top talent for high-volume call center positions.

  • Manage the interview process, including scheduling, facilitating consensus meetings, and extending offers to successful candidates.

  • Collaborate with business partners, HR, and other recruitment teams to ensure a smooth and risk-minimized recruitment process.

  • Independently manage the full recruitment lifecycle, prioritizing meeting time-to-fill goals.

  • Possess strong candidate and client management skills with a proven ability to influence decisions.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for business leaders, hiring managers, and stakeholders.

  • Demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills to navigate complex recruitment situations.

  • Provide guidance and support to candidates, coach hiring teams, and negotiate successful offers.

  • Lead productive consensus meetings with hiring teams.

  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail during all stages of the requisition process.

  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate exceptional organizational skills.

Pay Details: $29.09 per hour
