We are currently seeking a highly motivated professional to fill our Entry Level Marketing Assistant role. Our marketing firm is actively working on several large campaigns and is looking to expand our team to tackle these projects. Founded by individuals who sought to extend the limits of cost-effective marketing campaigns and advertising strategies, our innovative firm strives to surpass client expectations while maintaining a smaller overhead. Responsibilities:

• Assist in campaign development
• Aid in maintaining consumer acquisition and retention
• Provide exceptional customer care
• Take on leadership responsibilities and develop networking skills
• Execute promotional campaigns
• Contribute to increasing brand awareness
• Strategize, execute, and manage campaigns with the Brand Ambassador teams
• Positively communicate with customers
• Identify customer needs and offer solutions
• Assist in developing leads and maintaining client satisfaction
• Support marketing associates with projects and campaigns as needed

Requirements:

• Full-time availability required
• Ability to work some weekends
• Ability to work with little supervision
• Ability to work well solo or with a team
• Desire to travel
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills
• Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Self-starter, problem solver, team player
• Must be able to start immediately
