Job Description

This client is a dynamic and growing merchant bank focused on the TMT space in NYC. The firm is looking to bring on an Investment Banking Analyst with at least 1.5 years of professional experience. They provide innovative advisory and financing solutions for high-growth companies in the TMT space. Key responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analysis and valuation of technology companies
• Prepare detailed financial models and presentations for client engagements
• Support senior bankers in deal execution, including due diligence, negotiation, and closing processes
• Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and pitch books for potential clients
• Maintain and develop relationships with clients and key industry players

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, with a focus on sell-side M&A transactions in the technology sector
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment
• Based in the NYC area
