Digital Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities
General Responsibilities
Plan and execute a variety of digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, email campaigns, social media, marketing databases, and display advertising.
Design, build, and manage the company's social media presence to enhance engagement and brand visibility.
Measure and analyze campaign performance, providing reports on ROI and KPIs to inform data-driven decisions.
Identify trends and insights to optimize digital marketing spend and performance.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop websites, digital sales tools, and compelling content.
Evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across channels, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Stay ahead of emerging technologies, offering recommendations for their implementation when relevant.
External/Client-Facing Responsibilities
Oversee project management for client initiatives, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
Manage marketing technology platforms, including:
Active Campaign
Veeva Engage
Google Marketing Suite (Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, Data Studio)
Sprout Social
SEM Rush/SpyFu
Internal Marketing Responsibilities
Execute the agency's social media and content marketing strategy.
Identify and recommend continuous learning opportunities, such as workshops and webinars, to empower team growth.
Develop and maintain a regulatory playbook for digital marketing initiatives.
Monitor industry trends and share actionable insights with the team.
Create compelling case studies and presentation materials to showcase capabilities.
What You Bring
Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on executing and managing SEO/SEM, email campaigns, and social media initiatives.
Creativity and an ability to develop campaigns that engage, inform, and drive results.
Interest or experience in optimizing landing pages, user funnels, and conducting A/B or multivariate testing.
Familiarity with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and setting up Google Ads campaigns.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
A passion for staying current with the latest trends in digital marketing and online measurement.
