Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Assistant to support our marketing efforts. This role is perfect for someone eager to develop their skills in digital marketing, design, and analytics. As a Digital Marketing Assistant, you will help create engaging marketing materials, assist with email campaigns, and contribute to various digital marketing projects.

Key Responsibilities

Design Support

Create and edit marketing materials, such as flyers, brochures, and digital assets, using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and align with project objectives.

Email Marketing

Assist in planning, building, and sending email campaigns using HubSpot.
Monitor campaign performance and generate reports to help improve engagement.

Collaboration with Sales Teams

Work closely with sales teams to understand their needs and develop supporting marketing materials.
Foster strong communication between the marketing and sales departments.

CRM and Cloud Storage Management

Utilize Salesforce to manage and track marketing leads and customer data.
Organize and maintain marketing files in cloud storage systems like Dropbox.

Analytics and Advertising

Support the monitoring of digital campaigns through Google Analytics and Google Ads.
Assist in creating reports to measure the success of campaigns and suggest improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
Basic knowledge of HubSpot and Salesforce is a plus.
Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Ads.
Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.

Preferred Skills

Experience with cloud storage platforms such as Dropbox.
Familiarity with SEO and current digital marketing trends.
An interest in sustainability is a plus.
