Job Description

Charity Supply Inc is currently hiring for an Assistant Office Manager position at our Plano corporate office. We are looking for a dependable individual with great customer service skills along with computer knowledge.

Bilingual a plus!

Skill Requirements:

Great phone customer service
Ability to answer calls and schedule pick up's quickly and efficiently
Computer skills a + (Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint)
Able to make reminder calls for next day service area
Return voicemails and emails promptly throughout the day
Assist in printing postcards 2-3 days a week
Ability to print flyers for sales
Ability to lock and secure office/warehouse and end of business daily

Work Conditions:

Location: Work is performed 100% indoors
Hazards: cuts, pinch points, lifting, moving carts and equipment
Equipment Used: table carts, boxes, mail trays, EMM sleeves, post cards, tape

Physical Requirements:

- Concentration: Constantly, while performing office duties ; walking, up to 1 miles per week on concrete or tiled surfaces.
- Sitting: Occasionally (80%), performing office duties
Standing: Occasionally (20%), completing mail production
- Push/Pull: Occasionally, using both hands and arms while moving materials via wheeled cart.
- Bending/Twisting: Frequently, at waist 30 - 45 degrees; while loading/unloading items from office warehouse to carts and performing back room stocking duties.
- Kneeling/Crouching: Occasionally, while loading/unloading mail trays
- Sight/Hearing/Speech: Constantly, required to maintain customer service duties and perform office manager duties.

Monday - Friday (2 shifts)
8:00am - 4:30pm
9:45am - 6:15pm
