  • ​This job is a member of the Customer Experience Loyalty Team within the Customer Experience Department.
  • ​Responsible for driving project and communications efforts for Customer Experience Loyalty.
  • Responsible for coordinating with IT developers in an agile format to drive project success for owner loyalty products

What you'll do

  • Liase with teams across the enterprise to develop and execute strategies for large program implementations, coordinate status communications and facilitate ongoing communication of AAdvantage Program changes and updates
  • Generates creative and innovative ideas for developing initiatives designed to generate excitement and increase customer engagement
  • Collaborates with other departments such as Marketing, Corporate Communications, AAdvantage Customer Service, Airports, Reservations, Revenue Management, IT, etc. 
  • Responsible for the execution strategy of the loyalty customer experience and owns the end-to-end execution of customer experience projects by working closely with product team and key stakeholders. 

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • ​Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience education/training
  • 3 years related work experience

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • ​Previous loyalty marketing and/or communications experience
  • Knowledge of AAdvantage program

 

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

  • ​Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and minimal guidance
  • Ability to coordinate, communicate and build consensus across multiple departments
  • Comfortable interacting with and presenting to all levels of management
  • Efficient with Microsoft Office Products (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
